Omnibud

This earbud set contains many components for analysing and measuring temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and more, along with charging and communication capabilities. I liaised closely with an electronic engineer contractor to provide information on potential space available for folding PCBs and components. A charging case was also developed and parts for a working prototype were made in China. External surfacing and internal CAD work was done in Creo 5.

A case for the earbuds was created also. A charging PCB lives inside with protruding pogo pins to contact the earbuds.



Electronic parts. Preliminary 3D earbud and case shapes with wall thickness were used to create cross sections so that PCB outlines could be outputted and then populated.
